The location was ideal. It was easy to get around locally. The room was spacious (it was a junior suite). The amenities were as expected from a hotel of this brand.
Check-in took a long time. I waited for 50 minutes. The key to the room didn't work at first. This caused some initial inconvenience (but was resolved eventually).

the room was spacious. it included a comfortable king size bed. i also appreciated the desk. the tv was large. there was plenty of hanging space for clothes.
the pillows were too soft and small. i found the checkin staff lacked customer service skills. the staff vibes i felt was just fed-up. there was also constant noise in the room from the ac. it kept making a buzzing sound.

spacious room helpful staff good breakfast advance debit hotel policy inconvenient policy
the room was spacious and clean. the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a good selection of items and the customer service was great.
the hotel automatically debited a sum from my debit card in advance. this was for possible expenditure . i was told the residual amount would be credited back to my account within 5 days. i found the policy of taking money in advance inconvenient.
